Refunds
Yes, we give refunds. Approved returns receive a refund to the original payment method, not store credit, after the items are received and inspected.
Return window
You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping and fees
There is no restocking fee. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will email you a prepaid return label at no cost. For all other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
Start a return
Email support@nuvorahomeco.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. Our team will send return instructions.
